You can now also consult data of the Copernicus Global Land Service via Terraviewer. The Copernicus Global Land Service uses PROBA-V data to generate biophysical indicators, in 300 m resolution, and compare them with other data layers:
• LAI (Leaf Area Index) – a measure of the biomass
• FAPAR (Fraction of Absorbed Photosynthetically Active Radiation) – a measure of vegetation growth
These new data layers van be viewed in Terraviewer in the ‘Layers’ panel after selecting Copernicus Global Land. You can also compare and export these layers. Creating your area of interest is not yet included for these layers.
