Problems downloading sentinel 2 images
For several days (May 2025) I have been experiencing problems when trying to download images from Sentinel 2.
When I click on the download button I get the message “Something went wrong while fetching products”.
Is it a known issue?
We have found the issue and have logged a ticket to get it fixed asap. Only the downloads via the viewer are impacted. I will notify you as soon as it is fixed!
