Please help to reinstall or reset the userVM

Really sorry to bother you guys, I just found myself made a huge mistake by `rm -rf ${SOME_IMPORT_FILES_IN_ROOT_DIRECTORY}`. Could you help to reinstall or reset my userVM, I'd backed up some import datasets and code of the VM, My account: juliet_saltzman@uservm.terrascope.be,  please help.

Hi Juliet, we cannot get your user VM to work again, so we'll provide you with a new one. If you've been storing your data in the /Public or /Private folder, then all your data should still be there. You will get an email with new connection details.
