I receive the error Timeout connecting to uservm.terrascope.be while following the instructions "Accessing VM through graphical interface" Any suggestions to solve this? Thank you

Hi Nicholus, Are you able to reach your uservm via commandline access. You can find more information on how to do this here: https://terrascope.be/en/how-access-your-terrascope-vm. For you this should be the following command: ssh -p 24566 nicholusgim@uservm.terrascope.be
