X2Go Connection Issues with Terrascope VM

I'm reaching out because I've been having difficulties connecting to my Terrascope Virtual Machine through the X2Go client. I've closely followed the steps outlined in Terrascope's documentation, but I've been unsuccessful in my connection attempts on multiple computers.
Here are the key steps I've taken:
1 - Downloaded and installed the X2Go client for Windows from the official source ( https://wiki.x2go.org/doku.php/download:start ). I have a query regarding this: is there only the 32-bit version, or is there a 64-bit version available as well?
2 - Opened the X2Go client and added a new session.
3 - In the session settings, I inputted the following:
Session name: "Terrascope VM"
Host: "uservm.terrascope.be"
Login: "mum1994mixo$"
SSH port: "24415"
Session type: "XFCE"
In the 'Connection' tab, I changed the compression method to '4k-png', as specified in the Terrascope guidelines.
4 - After saving these settings, I attempted to initiate the connection from the main X2Go Client window by double-clicking the session. I entered my Terrascope account username and a password. However, I encountered an error during the connection attempt that appears to indicate a server-side issue.

I've double-checked all the entered details for accuracy and attempted the connection using different computers, but the issue remains unresolved.
