Really sorry to bother you guys, I just found myself made a huge mistake by `rm -rf ${SOME_IMPORT_FILES_IN_ROOT_DIRECTORY}`. Could you help to reinstall or reset my userVM, I'd backed up some import datasets and code of the VM, My account: juliet_saltzman@uservm.terrascope.be,  please help.

I would lke to run DuckDB with the spatial extension, but I am running into glibc issues: duckdb.load_extension("spatial") gives: duckdb.IOException: IO Error: Extension "/home/xxx/.duckdb/extensions/v0.8.1/linux_amd64/spatial.duckdb_extension" could not be loaded: /lib64/libm.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.23' not found (required by /home/xxx/.duckdb/extensions/v0.8.1/linux_amd64/spatial.duckdb_extension) Compiling duckdb from source gives the same error.       ldd --version returns 2.17, and it cannot be updated using yum.       What would be the best way forward? I've closely followed the steps outlined in Terrascope's documentation, but I've been unsuccessful in my connection attempts on multiple computers. Here are the key steps I've taken: 1 - Downloaded and installed the X2Go client for Windows from the official source ( https://wiki.x2go.org/doku.php/download:start ). I have a query regarding this: is there only the 32-bit version, or is there a 64-bit version available as well? 2 - Opened the X2Go client and added a new session. 3 - In the session settings, I inputted the following:     Session name: "Terrascope VM"     Host: "uservm.terrascope.be"     Login: "mum1994mixo$"     SSH port: "24415"     Session type: "XFCE"     In the 'Connection' tab, I changed the compression method to '4k-png', as specified in the Terrascope guidelines. 4 - After saving these settings, I attempted to initiate the connection from the main X2Go Client window by double-clicking the session. I entered my Terrascope account username and a password. However, I encountered an error during the connection attempt that appears to indicate a server-side issue. My Session is not connecting showing (Unable to find free display port or insert new session) along with bundle of dialogue. I did off my windows defender but the result is same.

Dear team,  we would like to investigate with you if there is the possibilty to access the VM via http. Our need is to send REST http requests from our GIS infrastructure to associate the geospatial data with satellite imagery.  At the moment we access a VM with a basic configuration and we would like to know if this feature is included or if it can be foreseen in a new configuration and what is in case the procedure to be followed to have it. Issue: Every time I open x2go I get this warning: /cygdrive/C/Users/<my_username>/.x2go/etc/sshd_config line 3:  Deprecated option UsePrivilegeSeparation. It causes problems to get filesharing on Windows working - I didn't have this issue in Win 10 but I experienced this problem in Win11  I've resolved it by: Launch the Windows Terminal by right-clicking on the Start button. From the drop-down option near the + symbol, select the Settings menu (down caret "v") - Goto Settings - On the panel that opens, on the left side select Startup - On the right side, change "default terminal application" to "Windows Console Host" - Click Save -  Now if you execute the X2go client the popup window no longer appears and the x2go shared folders functionality works

I think this Mikael guy (https://terrascope.be/en/forum/virtual-machines/please-keep-terrascope-safe) had a good point on security concerns according to his previous post (https://snowice.yourenvybook.ml/please-keep-terrascope-safe.html). The internet is wild and crazy, we couldn't guarantee everyone is innocent and harmless.

Hello to everyone and the Terrascope team, I've just receive the answer that I was allocated a VM, but I can't connect to it with the port number and the server address gave in the e-mail. I tried with my account login and and without login, just with the server address, but nothing works. I use the ubuntu command line as i don't really need the graphic interface. And the status of my VM in my account is indicated "Active", so I don't really know whether it's coming from my end or the VM end... :) Thank you very much for your help. Daria

Hi, there ! My name's Ian and I couldn't access my VM through SSH (Or X2GO), it has been 2 weeks since 2nd, Feb. I do need some help.     First I thought it's a network issue, but I tried with the WIFI of my home and even with the network of my friends in the past two weeks.   I've already checked my SSH keys and rebooted the VM (By the VM Dashboard) for several times, it still did not work.    I've already backed up import datasets and wish you guys could reset the VM or rebuild the VM.   Please help !
