New plugin improves the connection between openEO services and QGIS
The new openEO QGIS plugin enhances integration with openEO backends like Terrascope. The plugin allows users to explore data and visualise results directly within QGIS, making it easier to work with Earth observation data.
The openEO QGIS plugin connects seamlessly to different openEO backends through the QGIS interface. Users can browse available data collections, view processing results, and add map services to their QGIS projects without switching applications.
Key improvements include smoother QGIS integration, easier access to openEO resources, direct visualisation of results, and more flexible download options.
The plugin is available for QGIS version 3.40.0 and later and can be installed via the QGIS Plugin Manager by searching for “openEO”.
