Between 22 and 29 September 2025 we observed intermittent issues with the user registration.
Then a new user tried to register, an error page would be returned stating that the registration had failed, even when the user had correctly filled out all the required fields.
The issue was traced back in the back-end where there was a replication problem between two LDAP servers, causing updates not to be propagated.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that has resulted from this. The issue is now fully resolved.
