Potential impact on services during upcoming maintenance
We would like to inform you about upcoming maintenance scheduled to our firewall infrastructure.
This maintenance is crucial to ensure our infrastructure remains robust, professional, and safe for all our users, enabling reliable and secure access to our data and services. The maintenance will take place on the following dates and could possibly cause short service interruptions.
- January 28, 2025: 12:00 - 13:00 CET (interruption of 5-15 minutes)
- February 6, 2025: 12:00 - 13:00 CET (interruption of 15-30 minutes). During this intervention, it will not be possible to create a new Terrascope account.
We kindly advise you to keep this maintenance in mind when scheduling new processing jobs and monitor your services in case a short service interruption should occur.
