TimeseriesDemo notebook error

I'm using the demo notebook 'TimeseriesDemo.ipynb' to try and get Sentinel-1 timeseries. However, upon running requests.get(''https://services.terrascope.be/timeseries/v1.0/ts/''), I get an error code 500 and the following error message: "unknown OpenSearch collection BCGMS_NDVI300". I did not change anything in the notebook, so I'm confused as to why I am receiving this error. Can you help me solve this issue? Thanks!

Hi Kato, we can have a look, but in general, I would recommend to use the newer openEO service, which has this collection: SENTINEL1_GRD_SIGMA0 So if you want to write new code, I would use that, the documentation also explains how to retrieve an aggregated timeseries: https://open-eo.github.io/openeo-python-client/basics.html#aggregated-evi-timeseries Does that help, or would you still need the old tsservice, which we are gradually replacing by openEO? best regards, Jeroen

Hi Jeroen, thanks for the response! I was looking for a quick replacement for downloading the time series by hand in the viewer for each field separately. From what I understand, the viewer supports downloading timeseries for multiple features/shapes at once, but I also got an error message for that. So I do not need the old tsservice specifically, but I would find it useful to download timeseries for multiple features at once in the GUI. I'll also look into downloading coherence data through openEO. Kind regards, Kato

Hi Kato, can you let us know what you tried in the viewer (cfr. From what I understand, the viewer supports downloading timeseries for multiple features/shapes at once, but I also got an error message for that), so we can try to reproduce your issue? Regards, Dirk

Hey Dirk, I tried the following: - log in on terrascope and open viewer - open 'Areas of interest' & click on import - choose a shapefile (including .prj, .dbf,...) with +/- 20 fields - Click on 'Export timeseries' icon next to the title of the Collection - Click on coherence VV and coherence VH - Message appears that export was sucessful - I get an e-mail with the message: 'Something went wrong when exporting your timeseries.' Kind ragards, Kato

Thanks Kato, we are investigating where it goes wrong and will keep you updated. Regards, Dirk

Hi Kato, the problem is fixed and the notebook works as before.
