New QGIS installation on user VMs

The QGIS installation on the User VMs has been updated, to align it with the version provided by the AlmaLinux EPEL repository. This change will also affect related dependencies, including GDAL.

Now, the production of yearly global land cover maps at 10 m resolution (and year-to-year change maps) is part of the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service. We are pleased to announce that Terrascope now also offers this information product (LCM-10).

The CORSA compression and decompression processes in openEO provide a solution, by reducing the size of a Sentinel-2 scene by more than 20x, without any significant loss of quality.
