This migration affects all users of the Terrascope openEO platform and requires action before June 15, 2026.

Terrascope users can extend their cloud processing capacity through new openEO Credit Packages, now available via CREODIAS.

Terrascope will stop producing INSPIRE metadata at product level and encourages users who rely on these files to switch to the STAC metadata, which can be queried very easily.

The new openEO QGIS plugin enhances integration with openEO backends like Terrascope, openEO platform, CDSE and many others allowing users to explore, visualise, and download Earth observation data directly within QGIS.

The Sentinel-1 sigma0 and coherence workflows were updated to accommodate for data produced by Sentinel-1C. All details can be found in the updated ATBD documents.

On 7 October at 09:00 CET, a new version of the Terrascope JupyterLab environment will be released.
